I spotted this @Guardian outdoor post yesterday, part of their voiceyourview campaign. A+ for its telegraphic simplicity and controversial subject matter but they dropped the ball trying to integrate social and paid media. The copy instructs us to take a photo of the side we support in the battle for Internet privacy and offers a hashtag which implies it should be shared but where? The ad doesn’t even offer a Twitter logo as means of direction. There is a web address to the campaign’s dot com, but the site does not support photo sharing. What’s going on here Guardian?
